Currently building Aurum

Ruhab Asim

Building real products. Live on the web.

I build real, deployed web apps using modern tools and frameworks. I focus on shipping products that actually work — clean code, real data, live on the web.

A bit about me

Photo of Ruhab Asim

I'm based in Pakistan, and I build real projects to learn — no tutorials, just shipping things and figuring it out as I go.

How I Build

I work with React, Next.js, and Python to build full-stack projects — focusing on clean architecture, good UX, and getting things shipped.

My Toolkit

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Next.js, Python, Git, and Vercel.

Right Now

Building Aurum — a Next.js precious metals tracker with live prices, a full auth system, and a personal dashboard. Still actively shipping.

Things I've built

PitWall

A live Formula 1 statistics platform. Race results, standings, driver encyclopedia, head-to-head comparisons, lap time simulator, live race tracker, and a team theme switcher — all in vanilla HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Version 1

A casual, behind-the-scenes look at how I actually build things — messy process, real decisions, honest progress. The portfolio shows the finished product. The blog shows how it got there.
